content subscription policy

This policy outlines the terms and conditions for your monthly social media content subscription packages ("Subscription"). By purchasing a Subscription, you agree to be bound by these terms.

 

Packages and Inclusions

 

We offer three monthly subscription packages:

  • Basic: Includes 14 customized social media posts per month (post + story size), monthly subscription.

  • Boss Babe: Includes 21 customized social media posts per month (post + story size), grid planner + posting schedule, marketing analysis & tips, monthly subscription.

  • HBIC: Includes 31 customized social media posts per month (post + story size), grid planner + posting schedule, 4 video edits/reels, content strategy, monthly subscription.

 

Content Creation Process

  • We will request information about your brand guidelines, target audience, preferred content styles, and popular services. The first month will be an onboarding month (no posts will be sent to you).

  • You can provide high-quality photos or videos for content.

  • We will create posts and stories tailored to your brand and target audience.

 

Social Media Management

  • We do not manage your social media accounts. You are responsible for scheduling and posting content.

  • This allows you to maintain control over your brand voice and engage directly with your followers.

Revisions

  • We offer 2 revisions for our "Basic" plan.

  • We offer 2 revisions for our "Boss Babe" plan.

  • We offer 4 revisions for our "HBIC" plan.

  • additional revisions are an additional fee.

Payment and Cancellation

  • Payment is collected monthly on your chosen start date.

  • There is a 14-day grace period. After 14 days, your plan will be canceled if payment fails.

  • We will attempt to re-try your payment during the grace period.

  • You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.

  • All sales final. 

 

Modifications and Termination

  • We reserve the right to modify this policy at any time.

  • We may terminate your Subscription for violation of these terms or other reasons at our sole discretion.

 

Intellectual Property

  • The content we create for you is owned by us. You have a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the content for your social media purposes.

  • You may not distribute, sell, or otherwise exploit the content without our written permission.

 

Disclaimer of Warranties

  • THE SUBSCRIPTION IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

 

Limitation of Liability

  • WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SUBSCRIPTION, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, AND PUNITIVE DAMAGES.

 

Governing Law

  • This policy is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Pennsylvania.
