Brand Identity Design (Logo) Package Policy:

We're excited to help you create a stunning and cohesive brand identity that perfectly reflects your business. Please take a moment to review our booking policy before placing your order:

1. Booking Process:

  • Select your desired package: We offer a variety of packages to suit your needs and budget.

  • Purchase your chosen package: You can purchase your package directly through our website.

  • Provide information: After your purchase, we'll send you a questionnaire to gather additional information about your brand, such as your target audience, brand values, and design preferences.

  • Research, strategy & design: Once we gather all of the information needed from you, we will begin the research, strategy, and design process. The turnaround time will then begin.

  • Review and approval: We'll create a draft of your logo and brand kit based on the information you've provided.You'll have two edits to ensure you're happy with the final design.

  • Delivery: Once you've approved the final design, we'll deliver your high-quality logo files and brand kit to you via Google drive for you to download instantly.

 

2. Turnaround Time:

  • Our turnaround time is 2-4 weeks from the time you provide us with all the necessary information.

  • We understand that sometimes you may need your brand identity sooner. We offer rush services for an additional fee.

 

3. Revisions and Edits:

  • Your chosen package includes two edits to your logo.

  • Any additional edits beyond the included edits will be an additional charge.

 

4. Payment:

  • All payments must be made in full at the time of purchase.

  • All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges will be given.

 

5. Communication:

  • We believe in open and clear communication throughout the design process. We're available to answer your questions and address any concerns you may have via email at any time during the process. We ask that you kindly do the same, and answer all email correspondance in a timely manner.

 

6. Additional Services:

  • We offer a variety of additional services, such as website design, social media content, and marketing materials. Please inquire if you're interested in any of these services.

Website Design Policy:

 

We're excited to help you create a stunning and functional website that reflects your brand and drives results. This booking policy outlines the terms and conditions for our website design services.

 

1. Project Requirements:

  • To ensure smooth project flow, you must provide all necessary assets and information before we begin the design process. These include:

    • High-quality professional images (no screenshots, low-quality selfies, etc.)

    • All written content and copy (about me, policies, service list, ETC.)

    • Full brand identity design, previously designed by us. If you do not have one, you can select our brand identity & website design package here.

    • Any design inspiration and any requests that you may have (optional).

  • We offer 2 design revisions to ensure your satisfaction. Additional content, assets, or edits will incur extra fees.

  • Additional items can be added to the scope of the project such as business cards, flyers, social media content, packaging design, mockups, and more. Additional fees will be applied based on items selected.

 

If you do not have any of the items listed above, we encourage you to email us at niraecouturedesigns@gmail.com and we can help you get on track. We will assist and direct you in any way that we can. We are here to help :)

 

2. Project Abandonment:

  • We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. However, if you fail to provide necessary information, complete assigned tasks, or respond to our emails for over 14 days, the project will be considered abandoned.

  • In such cases, all paid fees will be forfeited, and we will not be obligated to resume the project.

  • Should you wish to restart the project at a later date, a non-refundable fee of $200 will be applied if we decide to re-open the project.

 

3. Turnaround Time:

  • Your website will be completed within 4-6 weeks after we receive all required information and assets.

  • This timeframe may vary depending on the complexity of your project and responsiveness to communication.

 

4. Revisions & Edits:

  • 2 revisions are included.

  • Additional revisions or design changes beyond the initial scope will be subject to further fees.

 

5. Platform & Hosting:

  • Your website will be built on the Wix platform unless otherwise requested (Shopify available upon request).

  • Monthly subscription fees for Wix hosting are your responsibility and are not included in our design packages.

 

6. Domain:

  • Your domain name must be purchased by you, and is an annual fee.

  • You can purchase it directly from WIX or via godaddy.com.

 

7. Font:

  • All typography must be purchased by each individual website owner.

  • We upload our typography files and/or trial fonts if they are available.

 

8. Communication & Agreement:

  • We believe in open and clear communication throughout the design process. We're available to answer your questions and address any concerns you may have via email at any time during the process. We ask that you kindly do the same, and answer all email correspondance in a timely manner.

  • By booking our services, you acknowledge and agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this policy. All sales are final. We do not accept returns, or offer refunds or exchanges.
